KFC is Kicking'

Happy to report that KFC is alive and kicking in China. Due to scheduling difficulties we ate at KFC today, which was a nice change. In the larger cities it seems that there is a KFC on every street corner. Chinese, especially younger ones love the chain. Chris, our tour guide in Shanghai, joked that KFC, because it's not healthy, stands for "Kills Five Million Chinese."
