Store bought dumpling wrappers win hands down over homemade for convenience, plus they make a pretty presentation. They tasted just as good as homemade, but I had a problem with my potstickers actually sticking to the pan, and I lost a few of the little fellas whose wrappers tore. The brand of wrappers I used was Gyoza.

What a great blog! Not only does it chronicle a trip, it also shows how you have infused the culture into the classroom and everyday life! What a great resource. I can't wait to go on a trip abroad and start my own blog! Wonderful blog!!
Thanks Brittany! This experience has shown me how powerful blogs can be as a teaching tool and, as you said, to chronicle experiences. I'm planning a family trip to Ireland later this year and I plan to blog about that too!
Awesome blog!! I have always wanted to go to China and just going through the blog and seeing pictures and talking about the culture like the food part is so awesome. This is something that I would show to my middle school students that I teach whenever we are on China, because they would love it!! Like Brittany said, I am ready to study abroad and record it on a blog for many people to see!
